Issues and Perfection in the Judicial Application of the Crime of Illegal Logging of Trees

The Interpretation of the Supreme People's Court on Several Issues Concerning the Application of Law in the Trial of Criminal Cases of Destruction of Forest Resources has come into effect since the first National Ecological Day (August 15, 2023).
